Mental Health Counseling

    Individual Therapy

    We offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Our therapists work collaboratively with you to build insight, develop healthy coping strategies, and navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clinical expertise.

    Common areas of focus include:
    Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management, Burnout, Grief & Loss, Trauma, Life Transitions, Self-esteem & Identity, Performance Anxiety

    Treatment Modalities:
    Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Play Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Practices

    Couple/Family Therapy

    Amanda provides couples and family therapy, drawing from her training in the Gottman Method. With over a decade of experience as a certified parenting coach through the Parent Project, Amanda brings both warmth and structure to help families and partners improve communication, connection, and emotional safety.

    Please note: Insurance is not accepted for couples or family therapy. The private pay rate is $150 per session.

    Group Therapy

    Navigating Perimenopause is a support group for women in their 30s to 50s who are looking to better understand and cope with the physical, emotional, and lifestyle changes that come with this transitional phase. The group offers community, education, and empowerment.

    Court Assessments

    We are proud to provide professional court assessments for individuals involved in legal proceedings throughout the State of Ohio.

    Jeffrey Howell, LPCC-S is our designated court assessment clinician. Assessments are conducted with care, objectivity, and professionalism to meet court standards.
