About the Supervisor

Samantha is a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervision designation (LPCC-S), specializing in perinatal mental health and nutritional psychiatry. She has experience working in both private practice and community mental health settings, supporting clients across a wide range of ages and diagnoses.

Her current clinical focus includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, OCD, and major life transitions, including pregnancy, postpartum, and identity shifts. Samantha is especially passionate about helping clients better understand the connection between mental health and physical well-being.

Her approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy. She works collaboratively with clients to build insight, develop practical coping strategies, and strengthen resilience over time.

As a clinical supervisor, Samantha creates a supportive and collaborative learning environment for clinicians. She emphasizes skill development, self-awareness, and ethical, client-centered care, helping supervisees grow in both confidence and clinical competence.
