EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing
Reprocessing the Past, Reclaiming the Present
What is EMDR?
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful, evidence-based therapy that helps the brain reprocess and heal from distressing memories, limiting beliefs, and emotional blocks.
Originally developed for trauma, EMDR is now widely used for a variety of challenges—from healing the past to optimizing present performance.
How EMDR Works
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping, or sounds) to help the brain reprocess stuck memories, emotions, or beliefs. Think of it as helping the brain "digest" unprocessed experiences and create new, healthier neural pathways.
This process supports both emotional healing and cognitive rewiring for growth and performance.
