Navigating Perimenopause

This 8-week in-person group is designed to support women through the emotional, physical, and mental shifts that come with this stage of life. Together, we’ll explore real strategies to manage symptoms, learn about how you can successfully navigate this time in your life, and reclaim a sense of self with compassion and clarity.
You’ll connect with other women, share experiences, and gain tools that truly make a difference.
Classes begin May 14 and will be every other Wednesday from 6-7:30PM
All group sessions will be held at 134 W. S. Boundary Suite KK Perrysburg
