Does your child feel overwhelmed by big emotions or stress?

Could your teen need extra support with school transitions, friendships, or building confidence?

Growing up can be tough especially when emotions feel overwhelming or relationships get complicated. Our DBT Skills Group for youth ages 11 to 16 is designed to help kids and teens build practical tools to handle life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
