A beige background with scattered birds and text that reads "Learning to Let Them (and Breathe) inspired by the themes in Mel Robbins' The Let Them Theory"

Do you struggle with people-pleasing, boundary guilt, or the pressure of managing others’ opinions of you?

What would your life feel like if you no longer had to fix everything, prove your worth, or carry the weight of other people’s emotions?

This 6-week book group is a safe, supportive space to shift the focus back to you—your peace, your power, and your personal growth. Together, we’ll explore meaningful topics and practical strategies that can help you step into a freer, more authentic way of living.

Each week, we’ll dive into themes such as:

  • Understanding the link between control and boundaries

  • Releasing the fear of judgment and approval-seeking

  • Letting go of the need to fix others and turning inward instead

  • Practicing acceptance and detachment with love

  • Living the “Let Them” life—allowing others to be who they are without it shaking your peace

  • Building healthier coping strategies that work for you
